Do you offer a free quiz?

Yes, but free quiz access is request-only and very limited. You can request access, and we review requests in the order received. If you need results ASAP, we recommend placing a regular paid order.

What service should I choose?

Use Tea-To-Go if you want a longer breakdown of your situation and next steps. Use Clock My Tea Quiz if you want a fast score-style diagnostic and compatibility snapshot.

Can I buy both services?

Yes. Many users start with the quiz for quick clarity, then use Tea-To-Go for a deeper read.

Can I switch service after submitting?

If processing has not started, we can usually help you switch. If processing already started, switching may not be possible.

Delivery Times & Access

Most results are delivered within 5 minutes. Delays may happen due to payment verification, processing complexity, or system load

Where is my result delivered?

Your result is delivered to the flow/channel specified at purchase (for example: in-app result screen and/or email delivery flow).

I submitted but did not receive my result. What should I do?

1. Check spam/promotions (if email delivery applies).
2. Confirm you used the correct email.
3. Contact Support with your email, submission time, and payment reference.

Why was my payment declined?

Card issuers may decline charges due to insufficient funds, incorrect card details, fraud flags, or bank limits. Try again, use another card, or contact your bank.

Do you offer refunds?

Because responses are generated as digital custom content, refunds are limited once processing begins. If there is a technical failure or duplicate charge, contact Support and we will review and make it right.

Where is my result delivered?

We deliver your tea in two ways so you never miss a detail. First, you’ll get a text version sent straight to your email for quick reading. Second, you’ll receive a unique delivery link to our custom in-app experience. This is where you can view the full cinematic breakdown and download your "Dating Receipt" card (perfect for the archives or the group chat).

I submitted but did not receive my result. What should I do?

Is chatbot data my final submission?

The chatbot is a guided preview/discovery flow. Final submission happens in the formal intake flow.

When do I submit payment?

What data do you collect?

Typically: name, email, selected service, selected options, and your submitted story/answers required to deliver the service.

Who is actually giving me advice?

    9) Free quiz request policy (MVP)
    If offered, free quiz access is request-only, limited, and not guaranteed.MVP rules:

    3. Approval is discretionary and capacity-based.
    4. If you need immediate results, paid checkout remains available.

Availability and performance may depend on those services.We are not responsible for outages or failures solely caused by third-party platforms outside our reasonable control.

    7) Service changes and suspension
    We may change, pause, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time, including for security, legal, operational, or product reasons.We may suspend access for misuse, fraud risk, or Terms violations.

    18) Warranty disclaimer

    19) Limitation of liability
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, LunAIverse will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity.To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for a claim related to paid Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
